Reminiscing…

It’s been awhile since my last update, sorry folks. I am into emo mode lately, that’s why. I am missing the hub and that lovely summer vacation we had last May. And to ease up the heavy feeling, I went over with our file of pictures…remembering the fun and looking forward for the next summer. Here are a few of those pictures:

Feeling Blue

Been feeling blue lately. Perhaps it’s because after the fun days with sis, she left for the province to attend the fiesta celebration of our hometown. So it’s ‘home alone’ again for me everytime my son goes to school. Also, my chat time with hubby is now limited to once or twice a week after he was transferred to another branch/site. So I can’t help but be emotional at times.

But hey, I must overcome this gloomy feeling and focus on the positive side of life instead. God in His goodnes has blessed me with a loving family and relatives. I have my few but trusted friends (and now I’m starting to connect with friendly bloggers too). And God in His goodness provides us with our needs and more, such as this: (orchids in bloom at my pocket garden)

Yes, little lovely creations that reminds us that life may not be perfect but God’s love is. Smile.

Drifting???

Feels like drifting lately… doing my daily chores with not much enthusiasm. I’m missing hub though we get to talk almost everyday. But being miles apart is just hard. There are concerns that I wish I could tell him now, but too afraid that it will just complicate things. He is missing home too and having some difficult adjustments in his work, so adding burdens on him is out of the question. Got no choice but to bear it alone and hope I can handle the situation fairly well.

In times like this, I need to remind myself that God is good. I just have to keep my faith and for sure His LOVE will keep me going.

Let God…

In our everyday journey, sometimes we have to travel on a rough and difficult road. And human as we are , there are instances that we are weaken and perhaps long for a respite from the daily struggles. But deep in our hearts, we know that trials is just a way to polish our character. So we hold on and pray with faith in our hearts that things will turn-out fine according to the will of God.

Yes indeed, many times in our lives, we have experienced that when we let God works in us, everything will fall into its perfect place. So when life brings us to another rough journey, pray and Let GOD.

and let me quote:

“If God sends us stony paths, He will provide us with strong shoes”.
